Fo Guang Yuan,
affiliated with Fo Guang Shan (Singapore), is a unique teahouse cum
Buddhist bookshop, which provides a quiet and cozy environment for
members and friends to meet and relax.
Her 'Water Drop' teahouse which serves vegetarian
lunches and snacks, got its name from Venerable Master Hsing Yun's
conviction to 'repay a drop of water with a gushing spring.' Its bookshop
exhibits a wide range of Buddhist books, music, images and accessories.
Together they offer an ideal setting where one can appreciate the
fragrance of herbal tea and the beauty of the Dharma at the same time.
